Bill Hass went on to move up the leaderboard, hitting three straight birdies on holes 8 through 10 to take the lead. Two more birdies on the back nine gave him a comfortable three-stroke lead on the tournament. He finished the final round with a 5-under 66 on the day.
2012 AT&T; NATIONAL WINNER
Tiger Woods wins 2012 AT&T; National at Congressional CC, Newton Square, PA. Woods outlasted Bo Van Pelt in a tense duel on the back-nine Sunday at Congressional, Woods won for third time in his last seven tournaments dating to the late March.
2011 AT&T; National Winner
American Nick Watney won 2011 AT&T; National. Watney posted a bogey-free round of 4-under-par 66 at Aronimink Golf Club to finish at 13-under-par 267 (70-69-62-66) and earn his fourth PGA Tour triumph with a two-stroke victory over K.J. Choi.
2010 AT&T; National Winner
Justin Rose calmly rapped in a short par putt to clinch the victory on the final hole at Aronimink Golf Club. He has just earned his second career PGA Tour title, but Rose is on the precipice of such accolades, if not there already. Rose received just over $1.1 million for his efforts. But it was Aronimink that got so much more out of the week, despite the fact that the tournament’s former host, Tiger Woods, was never a factor. At least not on the course.
